Kong Stuffing Possibilities?

We fostered a Pointer who went to a fantastic forever home where the new owners smear a layer of cream cheese and peanut er inside the Kong and freeze it. That keeps them busy for awhile. We have the largest size Kongs for our Great Danes. Each dog has their own and we don't typically freeze them. We have, on occasion, frozen water with fruit slices in small stainless steel bowls for them to lick and play with. We also smear a bit of peanut er in their Kongs as a special treat, but not too often. We don't stuff the entire inside full, just a coating around the inside. You could try doing apple sauce, just the plain, unsweetened variety. You could mix apple sauce with some plain yogurt and freeze it inside the Kong. You could make a fruit puree in a food processor with some blueberries, banana and apple and mix that with yogurt.

My parents are both korean and live out family life according to traditional korean customs. Basically they treat my life as their own. What can I use as a weighted base for a large paper mache tree I'm making? It can't be too heavy or too light.?

I've endeavored to build a life-size paper mache tree as a decoration for my bedroom, complete with painted tin birds hanging from the branches to appear as if they are in mid-flight. The only problem I've come across so far, in planning it out, is what should I use for the base of the tree. I think it has to be somewhat weighted so that the tree never falls over, but the weight can't be so heavy that I won't be able to move the tree around when it's finished. Also, whatever base I use has to be suitable for the project. The branches and trunk of the tree are going to be bendable wire on the inside and paper mache on the outside. So, the wire would have to attach to the base of the tree too. Perhaps I could weld it? I don't think any kind of glue would suffice, as that wouldn't be very stable. Also, the branches of the tree won't fit through the doorways of the house I'm living in. Could there be some way to make them detachable? Maybe, some sort of system to screw them in and out of place at the top of the tree...?

Really BAD back pain at 14 weeks and 3 days pregnant.?

I am fourteen weeks and three days pregnant and my back just randomly start hurting. It is a little above where my is. I don't know if it is just routine pregnancy back aches or if I should be worried. It had my in tears. I have also had diarrhea tonight, but I have had my gall bladder out and usually do when I eat greasy foods. My hubby rubbed my back for a few minutes and the pain has almost completely gone away. Is all of this normal? I am a first time mom and everything worries me. I did have an appt. Wednesday and heard the heart beat at 162 and everything looked good. When my wife was pregnant w/ my daughter, My weimeranner would sit with her she knew what was going on...When my daughter was born I took blankets from the hospital and put them on thing the baby would be in ( ie swing, carriage, crib) so the dog got accustom to the smells, when she came home, the dog knew that she was "2nd fiddle" to the baby, and they became the best of friends, she would sit next to her in her bouncy seat and carefully watch everyone around!!!

Our condo ociation definitely has the same challenges you face. Our reserves are fully funded, but the costs escalate as our community ages. We currently have laddered CDs. I do not believe that there is any other investment which would satisfy the fiduciary component of your board stewardship. Obviously a short-term CD ladder would be the way to go now, as the rates are so abominable. You can get insured muni bonds, but insurers have gone bust in the past, and I wouldn't want to risk that at all. I have a 4-month old puppy that i adopted at 9 weeks. He was a mixed breed, but the shelter said that they knew for sure that his mother was a German shepherd, but didnt know what the dad was. Gallbladder removed 19 days ago. extreme pain lower right and at site of surgery surgery or something else?

I had my gall bladder removed 19 days ago. I had the normal pain but was able to return to work on day 15. I stand and sit alot. on day 17 stood all morning. The pain was so intense I had nausea with no vomiting. My lower right quadrant and the area where the surgery was very tender and intense pain. the next day intense pain at the surgery site and intense pain lower back and between the shoulder blades. ate dinner alfredo and ered toast and it went right through me neon yellow water is this normal has anyone else experienced this. I had a partial hysterectomy and still have my ovaries. if the lower pain was ociated with the ovaries how do you know how to seperate between surgery and something else

my home, along with two other homes, were all raided at the same time by the police / narcotics / swat. its some what of a long story, so i wont go into detail. but during the raid computers, electronic devices, financial papers, ect were confined and put into evidence. because drugs were not found in my home, i called the head of narcotics and asked about getting my stuff back. he said he would do the paper work to get this done and get back to me. about a week later he called and said i could have my stuff back. i figured i would have to go down to the police department and pick up my stuff from evidence, but he said he would have it dropped off at my house. that night two detectives (men) came and brought my stuff back. i thought this was odd, but was just happy to get it back. is this normally what they do?

Having trouble saving entire songs to flash drive in mp3 format?

I have a stereo system in my car that I can hook a flash drive up to; however, I have been having trouble converting the songs from you tube to get the entire songs to play. I use a you tube downloader and save the songs directly to the flash drive; however, the songs are in mp4 format or something, and my car stereo is not supported through the flash drive. So, I converted the mp4 songs to mp3, and they still won't convert but half the song when I play my flash drive on the car stereo. I've been using 4media MP4 to MP3 converter 6. Now, I can convert it to windows media player and that has played on my flash drive in the past, but I don't want to download the songs onto my new computer. I just want to save the songs directly to the flash drive without having only half the song converted. These are for you tube conversions. I've used a website called zamzar.com, but you have to wait for an e-mail with the converted you tube song, and that takes longer. These are songs that I've done, and othe people I know, but only half the song plays when I put it on my flash drive to my stereo. How can I convert songs from you tube in mp3 format or WMP format directly to my flash drive without downloading it onto my computer? Any information will be helpful. Question about purchasing a Mazda MPV?

So, after going back to graduate school, I find myself in need of a dependable vehicle for under $3000 (I know that's kind of an oxymoron). Nevertheless, I don't want to stretch myself so thin with paying for school and a car payment, I'd rather suffer a couple of years with an older car and hopefully it will pay off in the end. I've found a 2000 Mazda MPV for $2200 with 105,000 miles on it, which for that price and a ten year old car that's appears to be in decent shape that seems like a possible good deal. However, the owner says there is a slight miss in one of the cylinders and that spark plugs could fix this. After talking to my dad, he says that spark plugs are a fairly easy fix and if that's all that is wrong with the car why don't they just fix it? According to the seller, kids are no longer at home, they don't need a van and are just ready to get rid of it. So, what I'm wondering is, what else could be wrong with it? If it really is just the spark plugs that need to be fixed, would it be too unreasonable to ask they fix it prior to me buying it? I think it would make way more sense for them to spend a few bucks so that I feel good about my purchase rather than me buying a money pit. All thoughts and helpful opinions are welcomed, thank you!

The Dog, and the Treadmill?

Hi. My family, and I just got a treadmill this week, and we've tried getting our 1 year old dog onto the treadmill. We managed to get her on twice, when the treadmill isn't moving. She was doing fine, just standing there, but when we hit the "Start" on, she froze not knowing what to do, so we pulled her off so she wouldn't get hurt. Does anyone know how our dog can get used to the treadmill? We really want her to get used to it during the Winter, and all because it's all cold and snowy then. My gas mileage worsened after oil change on merc villager?

Dont waste your money on a 10mb or higher. I set my camera to 4mb and can get a poster size picture from it. It basically a marketing gimik to make people think that the higher mega pixels the better. WRONG. look for a camera that has around 4-6 mb, a good "optical" zoom like 10x. NOT digital zoom. and a nice lens. sony uses a Zeiss lens and panasonic uses Leica lenses. Both excellent. Good luck.

Why is it so hard for me to get into shape?

I workout every day at the gym and occasionally (okay once a month) run a 6 mile course at a lake by my house. I'm 128 pounds, 16 years old and 5''5. I've played soccer for 10 years but have quit this year. My husband has wanted a motorcycle for the last 6-7 years and I have always said no because I don't consider them safe. Last year I finally agreed to let him purchase a motorcycle if he took a safety course and bought a good helmet and riding gear, etc. He did all this and got his motorcycle. About 2 months after he bought his bike, he was in a pretty bad crash and suffered several broken bones and a concussion...ironically, the bike didn't have a scratch on it (it landed in pile of wet leaves and he landed in someone's gravel driveway). This accident was huge reality check for me and ever since I have been petrified of losing him in a motorcycle accident. Every time he goes for a ride, I worry and pray and sometimes cry until he comes home or calls to let me know he is okay. I have begged him to get rid of the bike and he has seen how upset I get when he goes out on it, but he refuses to get rid of it. I feel bad asking/telling him to get rid of it because I fell like I'm being selfish making him get rid of something that he loves. It's alright to have some caffine during pregnancy right? I'm around 8 weeks...?

With my last pregnancy I didn't drink caffine until after 14 weeks or so. But that was limited too, I would have a iced coffee maybe 2-3 times a week. And a can of caffine free coke. Is it possible to set up my computer and ps3 to surround sound and to a projector all at once?

It looks like the projector has the right connections for both the computer and the PS3. The problem will be hooking up both systems audio into your surround-out. The simplest solution will probably to find a switch that you plug in the audio to in say a channel a/channel b setup then plug that into your surround sound and just pick using the switch whether you are using your computer or PS3. I have change the the fuel filter, new spark plugs (NKG's), all new drive belts, made sure tires pressure are good, had an alignment, oil changes on time, and stopped driving excessively fast, still no improvement in gas mileage, but better performance.
