I masturbate a lot, I recently got these bumps that look like genital warts. They itch a lot.?

I'm not ually active, so they could not be genital warts. They are red and they are on the tip of my . I have tried hydrogen peroxide, lotion with tea tree oil, and just not masturbating to see if i could realize a difference. Nothing helped. I'm currently trying to treat ringworm, and I was wondering if it could have lowered my immunity to a virus. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME IM FREAKING OUT
