Gallbladder removed 19 days ago. extreme pain lower right and at site of surgery surgery or something else?

I had my gall bladder removed 19 days ago. I had the normal pain but was able to return to work on day 15. I stand and sit alot. on day 17 stood all morning. The pain was so intense I had nausea with no vomiting. My lower right quadrant and the area where the surgery was very tender and intense pain. the next day intense pain at the surgery site and intense pain lower back and between the shoulder blades. ate dinner alfredo and ered toast and it went right through me neon yellow water is this normal has anyone else experienced this. I had a partial hysterectomy and still have my ovaries. if the lower pain was ociated with the ovaries how do you know how to seperate between surgery and something else
