Really BAD back pain at 14 weeks and 3 days pregnant.?

I am fourteen weeks and three days pregnant and my back just randomly start hurting. It is a little above where my is. I don't know if it is just routine pregnancy back aches or if I should be worried. It had my in tears. I have also had diarrhea tonight, but I have had my gall bladder out and usually do when I eat greasy foods. My hubby rubbed my back for a few minutes and the pain has almost completely gone away. Is all of this normal? I am a first time mom and everything worries me. I did have an appt. Wednesday and heard the heart beat at 162 and everything looked good. Is there anything I can do besides tylenol and medicine? Thanks and God bless you all!
