Writing a parody novel based on multiple novels?

Hey, so I'm doing NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) and I'm brainstorming ideas right now. I want to write a parody based a specific genre of novels, but I don't know how to do it. I mean, I know how to do one based on just one specific novel, but not one attacking a whole genre. Any tips??
