Buying a car from a person who has a loan on it from a bank?

you are being led into the easiest scam in the world/why dont you talk to me and i will sell you a bridge you can collect the tolls/the dipper cant sell you something he does not own/you cant buy the bridge either/even when i go to used car dealer i want to see the title before 5 cents crosses the table/big scammers as they use the titles to borrow money/if the title isnt there and you dont know the seller get away/these guys do it for a living and they are good/this dipper has you reaching for money on a bull pappy story
