How can I find out if im authorized a medal or ribbon for the Air Force.?

I was in Afghanistan in 2006 Baghram Air base in support of OEF, and wanted to know if I am qualified for the NATO ISAF non article 5 medal...I am not sure if I was under a joint command or not...how do I find out my elegibility...thanks
