Should i talk to him??? easy 10 points?

ok so i go to baseball games with my dad cause he is really big on sports. we always have to go to batting practice cause he likes to catch all the base and everything. the last couple of times i went there is this guy that is starting to come a lot and i always catch him staring at me. everytime! and i also here him talking about me with his little sister like i over heard them talking and she wanted to bet him something and they were going to do a secret handshake or something and he said "no cause she will see us" i was the only girl there haha do you think he likes me? im only 14 and he looks like he can be like 14 or 15. he is also really reallllllly cute. should i talk to him??? the thing is im very shy around new people so how can i start up a conversation? im all confused
